Simphony Support Specialist Location: Remote work Job Description: Simphony Support Specialist North Hospitality- Remote, US **One evening shift and one weekend shift per week required** What you’ll be doing: Focusing on clients operating in Oracle Simphony 1 or 2 or Micros to support their technical questions for hardware, software or networking. Fulfill incoming new or replacement hardware orders, configure hardware, create Salesforce CRM Support Tickets and route tickets and calls to the appropriate persons as needed. Perform point-of-sale data entry tasks and hardware swaps. Perform data entry and ensure information stored in Salesforce CRM is accurate and complete. Filing and/or electronic storage of documents. Assist team members in tracking all inventory, including RMAs. What we need from you: High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years experience in technical support of Oracle Simphony required Minimum one (1) year experience in technical customer service. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. General knowledge of computers. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or GoogleSuite Hourly Range: $20.00- $31.00 Pay within this range varies by work location and on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
