If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the GBS (Global Business Services) Kellanova Supply Chain Team team as a Jr Cost Analyst . Participating in special supply chain projects you’ll be responsible for the validation of balances, budget processes, and cost recording. This hybrid role is located in Queretro with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week / 2 days at home office – subject to change.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

Project work flow development: Establishing and refining processes for new projects, ensuring that all cost accounting activities align with project objectives and company standards.

Balance sheet reconciliation: Conducting thorough reconciliations of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and identify any discrepancies that need resolution.

Costing recording and reporting: Managing the costing recording process, which includes accurately capturing and reporting all costs associated with manufacturing and distribution activities.

Factory and distribution financial closing: Supporting the financial closing process for factory and distribution operations, ensuring all transactions are recorded, reconciled, and reported within specified deadlines.

Budgeting and compliance support: Assisting with budget preparation, standard cost analysis, and providing support for external and internal audits, including Quarterly SOX reports, to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

We’re Looking for Someone With

Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business or related.

Intermediate English.

Desirable recent graduate with experience or interest in developing a career in the area of cost analysis.

Strong PC skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills and be detail and target oriented
