Tasks
We are looking for telephone sales colleagues with a financial authority exam or a higher degree in economics.
After a training period, you will be equipped with all the necessary knowledge to sell to an existing customer base Hungary one of the market-leading banks.
In your daily work, you can expect the following tasks:
Make outgoing phone calls: Find new or existing customers about a financial product.
Complete needs assessment for existing and potential customers.
Description of new services and products.
To answer questions about financial products, services or processes and any problems that may arise.
Participation in the trainings required for the project, in order to keep your knowledge constantly up-to-date.
To perform administrative activities related to your work in the system we use.
Expectations
What makes you an ideal candidate is when:
You have a financial authority exam or a higher degree in economics or an equivalent degree in finance.
You communicate convincingly and, if necessary, you can handle objections.
You have user-level computer skills.
You do your job conscientiously and precisely.
You have just a few months of customer service or sales experience, but don’t worry if you don’t. We will teach you everything!

Compensation:
In addition to the base salary, there is a performance-based bonus system, the set monthly goals and related bonuses are transparent.

Looking for a work-from-home option? This may be the right job for you.
You can work 100% from your own comfortable home environment, but of course you also have the opportunity to work in an office: in Budapest, Balatonboglár or Szekszárd.
