Remuneration: Our salary range is between $83038.35 and $103797.93 depending on qualifications and experience.

About the role

Join the’ team in charge of financial system as a Bilingual Specialist, financial systems. In this role, you will ensure the effective delivery of the’ operational expertise and support to the’ development, implementation and maintenance of financial applications, tools,’entreprise operational processes and any interface and integrations in other areas.

This position is temporary until 30 June 2026, with possibility of’extension.

What you will do:

Manage the life cycle of financial system changes, assuming responsibility for user requirements, functional process design and testing; and

Ensure that financial systems operate as intended and comply with industry best practices and standards; and

Understand the data used by financial systems to help build models and reports for business partners; and

Provide recommendations and guidance to ensure the highest level of’accuracy and’integrity of data and ensure that adequate’ test procedures are implemented;

Provide technical expertise on statistical reporting tools and applications and identify opportunities for’ automation of functions and processes; and

Liaise with internal and external clients and other stakeholders to identify issues and opportunities for’improvement; and

Maintain adequate documentation of the functionality of the management system and adequate process controls.

 

The skills you should have:

An undergraduate degree in a related field, such as finance,’informatics,’business administration or commerce; and

At least five years of’ experience in the utilization or supervision of changes to enterprise’ ERP systems (preferably Microsoft D365FO), or within a financial position or in financial reporting;

Qualitative and quantitative analysis skills for’;

Strong experience with spreadsheets, data analysis or statistical tools (Excel, SAS, PowerBI, etc.) ;

Project management skills acquired through the management of small and medium-sized projects;

Demonstrated interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to’ interact and work with colleagues, tactfully and diplomatically at all times;

D’ excellent confirmed skills for’analysis and ability to reason logically and recognize hypotheses;

Bilingualism (french and english).

It would be great if you also had these skills:

A certification in Finance

Certified professional in business analysis (CBAP); and

Certifications Microsoft pour Azure/D365.
