Job Description

The Women’s Apparel Senior Program Manager within Creative Merchandising is responsible for leading complex projects and initiatives that deliver against divisional priorities.

You work closely with your Divisional Merchandising Director to maintain an in-depth understanding of divisional priorities. You leverage partnerships across NMG, Marketing and Store teams leading the execution efforts in support of those priorities.

You manage the day-to-day program coordination including regular communication with internal and external partners, recurring meetings, and touchpoints to keep divisional projects and initiatives on track. You are responsible for assessing and escalating project risks as well as providing solutions to mitigate risk.

A day in the life

Partners with Divisional Merchandising Director to stay well-versed on divisional priorities and operation plans, leading the executional efforts across all touch points.

Collaborates with respective buying teams to support the seasonal post-market intake process which includes creation and distribution of materials.

In Partnership with Divisional Merchandising Director manages seasonal product priority inputs, the validation of post market share out materials, and managing featured marketing Item inputs.

Partners with Digital/NMN/Marketing/ Events teams to develop strategies to ensure divisional product priorities and brand projects come to life (i.e., seasonal content, site categorization, content, Social, PR etc.)

Partners with Visual Merchandising to develop strategies against divisional product priorities and brand projects to ensure they come to life in store (i.e., merchandising, fixtures and elements, brand/launch signage, etc.)

Store Communication- partners with Retail Director supporting store share out materials, distribution of product knowledge, and gathering inputs for brand merchandising priorities.

Identifies and proactively resolves any risks or roadblocks that might arise in a given project.

Schedules, facilitates and recaps project-related team meetings.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

Washington: $103,500 – $175,000

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
