To be successful in this role, you should be able to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation of information, and foster critical relationships between various individuals, teams and our client.
As a Senior Lease Administration Associate, you will be responsible for the full scope of Lease Administration services including:
Client/landlord relationship management
Review CAM and other escalations & real estate tax invoices
Review data entry, validation and management of lease documents
Respond to Lease Analyst questions with regard to procedures, lease interpretation, and billing calculations
Training of new Lease Analysts
Tracking and maintaining critical milestone dates
Streamlining current process and driving efficiencies
Support, exposure and leadership of other special projects as assigned by manager

The Candidate: Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of work experience in lease administration, real estate accounting or property management with exposure to commercial leases
Prior experience with using a lease administration database preferred
Ability to interpret complex commercial lease language
Advanced financial/analytical skills
Ability to maintain a strong attention to detail with a continued high efficiency and accuracy rate for performing work/tasks
Ability to spot issues proactively and head them off and/or start the solutioning process
Ability to understand and interpret data and use of technology to be more efficient
Desire to learn and grow
The Candidate: Dynamic and Highly Skilled
You’ll need to be dynamic and technologically savvy and utilize software to support planning solutions and communicate ideas clearly with planning team and lines of business. You will be successful if you have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel to slice, dice, and filter large data sets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & Outlook) and ability to consolidate data and master company specific account and database programs is highly valued. You’ll be effective in your role by learning to ask the right questions to understand the underlying needs of our client.

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:
60,000.00 â 70,000.00 USD per year
The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
