About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies that enhance our brand presence and expand our position as a leading people development platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels and contribute to the overall growth of the company. This position includes a strong hands-on copywriting and editorial dimension. You will report into the Content Lead.

What You’ll Do

Develop and manage PR efforts, including press releases, awards submissions, and analyst relations.

Own the award application process, from identifying opportunities to crafting compelling submissions.

Align and collaborate with various stakeholders and experts across different departments to execute projects and tasks

As part of the content team, you will create and edit engaging and persuasive content for various marketing materials across the funnel.

You will be responsible for the content on the English-language version of the website

You will collaborate closely with the design and web team to produce high-quality marketing materials

What We’re Looking For

A university degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the B2B sector.

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

Native English speaker – additional languages (particularly German) are a bonus.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Strong storytelling and writing skills

Experience with content management systems (CMS)

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
