The production specialist helps construct lessons in the content management system to ultimately yield compelling experiences that incorporate research-based instructional approaches, motivation and UX research. In the execution phase, the production specialist works closely with editorial, design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure that new products are delivered on time and within budget.
The impact you’ll have:
Support lead producer and collaborate with cross functional teams, including Editorial, Engineering, and QA members to:
help identify and fix problems
review lesson content and make updates
ensure consistency of complex lesson structures
Support asset procurement, including script preparation and file upload for audio and image authoring
Create and/or maintain technical documentation and be available to answer questions from other teams
Help drive execution workflows for authoring and publishing by
authoring and reviewing key metadata
fixing content defects
preparing lessons for final publication
What we’re looking for:
1â3 years’ experience in content management systems
Familiarity with online authoring software
Digital publishing, teaching experience, or product development experience desired
Ability to contribute to multiple tasks or efforts simultaneously
Strength in self-driven performance and initiatives
Strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship management
We’d also love to see:
A background in creating digital educational content for children
Experience with digital media
Familiarity with project management software such as JIRA and Confluence

Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay â This role’s base pay is $30./hour. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
Benefits â Temporary and per-diem employees who average at least 30 hours of work per week within the Company’s look-back period are eligible to enroll in medical coverage after 90 days of employment. Temporary and per-diem employees working more than 20 hours per week are eligible for twelve paid holidays. All temporary and per-diem employees are eligible for accrued sick time.
