Hasbro Asia Marketing team is looking for an experienced and enthusiasticMarketing Assistantto join our Shared Service team. The following job scope is non-exhaustive but covers the main job responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

Main Scope

Support Asia Brand Managers for the delivery of key brand events and activations

Understand Global brand and product plans and manage Asia line.

Ensure Marketing and Product data is correct and maintained in internal planning systems (P2M, HDM, SAP, etc.)

Update and manage Item Master file regularly according to local line plan.

Assist creating product profile sell sheets, previews decks, etc. as selling tools using regional templates.

Assist in social media asset and campaign execution under direction of Brand teams.

Participate in organization, translation/proofreading, and execution of Brand assets as requested:

Download and consolidate global assets from central systems

Work with Regional team for creating local marketing communication tools

Proofread local language copy from Global translation service (for relevant local languages) and support translations/adaptations of marketing assets based on Global templates

Marketing Budget bookkeeping

Manage invoice and create PO for payments to agencies.

Support A&P budget tracking, consolidation, and analysis.

Some coordination between vendors and admin where language is available.

Sample request & management

Request all new Spring & Fall launching item listssubmitted by local markets.

Assist in PR product seeding packages/shipments based on local market requests.

Customer Service/Consumer Cares Support Assist

Support non-English Consumer Care services as language skills allow

Support in returns or consumer correspondence under the direction of the brand team.

Market and Consumer Insight

Category competitor product and price monitoring

Regular insight/data pulls on industry, category, company, brand, etc

Support in bespoke local market research projects as needed.

Support in post-campaign analysis as needed.

Others

Ad hoc regional/local marketing project requests.

Education and Experience Requirements

Possess at least 1-2 years of administrative experience

Experience in a sales & marketing environment preferred, preferably in a multi-national company.

High school or equivalent degree; associate or bachelors degree in related field such a business, marketing, communications, etc. preferred.

Good PC skills, competency in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel Spreadsheets preferred.

Comfortable operating in a quick paced, changing environment, and able to adapt to new requests

Strong organizational skills, able to manage workload and prioritize multiple tasks in a remote working environment with minimal guidance from supervisor

Must be fluent in written/spoken English; additionally, proficiency in written/spoken Cantonese/Traditional Chinese (for Hong Kong), Mandarin/Traditional Chinese (for Taiwan), Mandarin/Sim-plified Chinese (for mainland China), Japanese or Korean would be a major plus, but not a ‘must-have’

Good communication skills – both written and spoken – and open-minded, team player.
