About the Role

Title: Licensed Clinician – LPC, LMFT, LCSW – Appleton, WI – Hybrid

Location: Green Bay WI US

This position is within our Refresh Mental Health (RMH) organization at Sherman Counseling, which provides a variety of behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and group therapy, schools, home health, and outpatient programs.

We are currently seeking licensed clinicians LPC, LMFT, LCSW for full-time positions in our Green Bay, WI location (positions also available in Appleton, Oshkosh, and Fond du Lac, WI).

Clinicians have the option of onsite, telehealth or hybrid scheduling.

Required Qualifications:

Independent mental health license in WI

2+ years of clinical experience

Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with children or adolescents

Experience with couples or family counseling

Experience with health psychology

Demonstrated history of professional growth and development

Proven competent with a wide range of clinical presentations

Proven solid computer and basic technology skills

Proven initiative-taking and independent clinicians are able to quickly build rapport with clients
