If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Finance team as an Jr. Accounts payable executive. You’ll be responsible for receiving and analyzing information related to our customers’ payments and processing it in the system. This hybrid role is located in Queretaro with the expectation to be in the office 3 days at week / 2 days at home office – subject to change.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Daily Payments Application: Accurately apply daily payments received from customers to their respective accounts in the company’s accounting system. This ensures that all payments are properly recorded and that the company’s financial records are up-to-date.
Customer Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with customers to obtain the necessary payment details, such as remittance advice or other payment information, to ensure that all payments are applied correctly and promptly.
Communication: Work closely with the Collections team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to customer payments. This includes sharing information and collaborating to ensure that all outstanding payments are collected efficiently.
Customer portal management: Manage and monitor customer portals to retrieve payment information, upload necessary documents, and ensure that all transactions are processed smoothly. This involves regular checks and updates to maintain accurate records.
We’re Looking for Someone With
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related.
1 year of experience in a similar position.
English desired.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, etc.) and ERP experience is desired.
