To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated colleague at the Ulm location to strengthen and expand our finance team.
Finance Business Partner (f/m/d)
Your tasks:
Creation and communication of regular and ad-hoc reports with analysis and insights for the site management team
Collaborate with product management to increase sales and margins, monitor key performance indicators and optimize pricing strategies
Partner with operations to improve efficiency and margins and support strategic procurement initiatives
Managing currency risks and optimizing prices and margins accordingly
Providing pricing, analysis and financial support for contracts, tenders and R&D and investment projects, ensuring robust business models and cash management
Monitoring division performance, providing expert commentary and supporting business planning
Ensuring compliance with Group policies, managing financial risks and leading the local finance team, supporting audit and tax processes
Your qualifications:
Completed studies in the field of finance (business administration, economics, accounting or controlling) with relevant professional experience
Work experience in the manufacturing industry with complex bill of materials (BOM)
Proven experience working at a senior level and experience in ERP implementation
Successful implementation of process improvement projects
Experienced in Excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau; knowledge of Datev/Controller systems
Strong interpersonal, communication and persuasive skills
Coaching approach in leadership style
Strong organizational and analytical skills; experience with KPIs and evaluation
Presentation and communication experience at management level
High energy, strong commercial mindset and integrity
Fluent in German and English
