About the Role

Customer Support Specialist (Strabane)

Strabane, Pennsylvania

Contract/Temp to Hire

$20.00 – $24.00 per Hour

LHH is partnered with a major client in Strabane that is in need of a Customer Support Specialist. Past Customer Service experience in a manufacturing setting is strongly preferred.

This opportunity offers a hybrid schedule and is great for any candidate that in the field that is looking to advance their skills with a rewarding career.

This position is in a fast paced call center environment and duties consist of order entry, checking inventory, following up on invoices and more. Strong communication and listening skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

Checking inventory for customers

Order processing

Documenting phone calls

Invoicing

Following up on outstanding invoices

Qualifications:

Ability to conduct a large number of inbound calls

Past customer service experience in manufacturing required

Data entry skills

Skills:

Great interpersonal skills while fielding phone calls from customers

A strong proficiency with computers, in particular with the Microsoft Office Products

Focus on quality

Experience:

Two years of experience is required

Employment Type:

Contract to Perm

Compensation:

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour

Work Hours:

8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Some occasional overtime

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
