Job Description:
The Associate Learning Experience Designer supports the Practice Adoption team within the larger Product Organization at Aledade by assisting senior learning experience designers in the development of instructional materials, basic needs assessments, and learning systems tasks. Basic knowledge of instructional design principles, strong content editing and communication skills, familiarity with e-learning tools, and a willingness to learn. Collaborates across functions to build and package content that drives learning and behavior change across our networks. Explores new ways to engage primary care practices in our network to consume and apply the knowledge necessary to succeed in the value-based care environment.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely within the US.
Primary Duties
Support senior designers in developing and creating learning materials and courses, including reviewing learning materials to ensure they function correctly and meet quality standards
Create engaging and interactive content using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Camtasia, Snagit, Canva or similar software, ensuring content is visually clear and learning principles are sound
Build strong working relationships with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and apply revisions based on feedback
Assist LMS Admin with basic system and platforming tasks, pull and analyze learning data
Perform administrative tasks related to project management, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining documentation
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree: Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. May consider candidates with degrees in other fields if relevant experience or skills apply
Demonstration of work through a portfolio showcasing instructional design projects, online training, e-learning modules, or related work
1-2 years of experience in education, instructional design, customer facing training, learning technologies or user experience
Preferred KSA’s
Project management and communication skills, including ability to clearly convey rationale, and iterate quickly with the guidance of a senior designer
Experience in video editing and eLearning publishing software such as Articulate 360 software
Graphic design background and a proclivity for visual messaging and layouts
Strong written communication skills and user-centered focus with an ability to adapt style to Aledade’s voice and key messages, and to tailor content style for different media and audiences
Strong attention to detail and comfort evaluating a diverse array of artifacts to ensure alignment with brand standards
The ability to thrive in a self-driven, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, changing priorities and limited daily direction
Background in healthcare industry, public health, health care management or public policy
