Our client is a leading healthcare company with an urgent need for an experienced Credentialist local to Atlanta, GA!

This position is fully-remote, however, candidates MUST live local to Atlanta.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, experience in credentialing in the healthcare industry, experience with Oracle, and data collection/data entry. This is a 6-month assignment, with potential to extend.

Responsibilities

The Administrative Coordinator will be the primary source for verifying licenses, certifications, registrations, and Cards of Completion for Nursing and Physician credentials. (Credentialing experience highly preferred)

Understands the governing bodies, documentation, renewal, and verification actions to meet regulatory compliance requirements in order to satisfy compliance efforts.

Performs semi-routine data analysis, editing, and formatting to produce regular status reports, graphs, spreadsheets and presentation material:

Provides support and product production, such as graphics services, to the department.

Collects all related and pertinent information from team members and managers.

Develops and produces standard and ad hoc reports ensuring data accuracy and formatting.

Maintains and operates databases and automated systems.

Contributes to and supports department projects.

May coordinate and oversee the function and activities of support staff to ensure tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.

May assign projects to appropriate staff in the absence of department supervisor/manager.

Responds to and fulfills miscellaneous requests for information and reports from within and outside of Kaiser in accordance with established policies and procedures.
