We’re seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client’s team in Holland, MI. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our dynamic supply chain operations while enjoying the flexibility of remote work 2 days/week.
Responsibilities:
Learning Automotive Industry:
Understand the automotive industry landscape and key customers.
Communicate changes and updates within the supply chain effectively.
Assist in prioritizing payment schedules based on supplier relationships and business needs.
Payments Management:
Gain a thorough understanding of payment terms and deadlines.
Prioritize payments based on urgency and payment terms to optimize cash flow.
Cash/Collections:
Manage accounts receivable collections efficiently.
Work on cash flow management and forecasting.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or strong administrative office experience.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
Plus:
Experience in the automotive industry or office administration is highly desirable.
Familiarity with back-end supplier.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, hybrid.
Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 annually.
