We are currently hiring Accounts Payable Team Lead in the Hub Financial Center (HFC), the centralized accounting team for HUB International. The Senior Accounting Associate is the bridge between Accounting Associates and the department leadership team.
What you’ll do
Driving day to day structure to align with department workload and manage resources
Continuously foster an engaged and welcoming environment with the HFC purpose in mind
Establish and engage in daily connects that allow for collaboration, discussion, and solutions
Invest in the development and growth of team members
Support Leadership with department’s goals and efficiencies
In depth understanding of Excel to interpret department’s health
Complete other projects and duties as assigned
What you bring to our team
Requires at least 1 year’s team lead experience
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate/Advanced Word and Excel Skills required
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Have a high degree of accuracy with a good eye for detail
Demonstrate ability to take initiative and achieve results in a fast-paced and growing environment
Preferred a minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting/finance field
Must have flexibility of working additional hours as needed based on business needs

The expected salary range for this position is$21.00to $28.00 per hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience andworking location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
