The position is temporary for 1 year.

In this role you will provide basic regulatory support to internal and external customers in order to ensure that all regulatory requirements are fulfilled, according to legal requirements and corporate guidelines. An added benefit of this role is that you will also form part of our global regulatory team (RAPS), who collectively work towards our overall purpose which is to ensure our products are safe for the consumer and the environment, through industry leadership in compliance and advocacy solutions.

You will:

Respond to requests from internal and external clients

Use Givaudan systems to complete tasks and manage data

Interact with functional teams to complete RAPS activities

Generate technical reports and declarations for internal and external clients

Assist Specialists as necessary

Further develop detailed understanding of all applicable regulations

Gain knowledge of assigned customer and their regulatory requirements

You:

University / Bachelor’s Degree in scientific or technical area (preferred Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry, Toxicology or related degree (i.e., Pharmacology)

Some previous experience welcome

Fluency in German and English

Strong IT skills, including competency in MS Office

Basic knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements

Basic understanding of business processes and internal systems

You will be paid according to one of the best-paid collective agreement in Germany as part of the chemical industry (13 salaries, plus holiday allowance and bonus)
