Job Overview:

Join our team as an Escrow Support Processor, where you’ll play a crucial role in our centralized processing operations. You’ll handle the clerical processing of documents related to the initiation and closing of escrows, ensuring that our branches are relieved of high-volume paperwork. This position involves communicating instructions and information to our escrow branches, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support within the escrow functional area.

Process and manage escrow documents, with a focus on opening and closing escrows.

Communicate effectively with escrow branches to ensure seamless operations.

Follow established processes and procedures, troubleshooting issues as needed.

Recommend suggestions for continuous improvements to enhance overall operations.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in escrow processing.

Familiarity with Adobe Connect, particularly in editing PDFs.

Strong understanding of escrow procedures and relevant regulations.

Ability to follow processes accurately and efficiently.

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience as a Financial Advisor (FA) is a plus.

Work Environment:

Remote position with preference for candidates who can work CST hours.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
