Title: Researcher

Location: Skopje MK

Job Description:

We are looking to hire a researcher to join the team to support our recruitment consultants. You will learn about our markets, develop excellent communication skills and learn how to become a first-class head-hunter.

This is a candidate-focused role, supporting senior members of the team to headhunt and attract talent from their market. The role involves administration, database management, mapping out markets, headhunting candidates and successfully managing all candidate communication.

Details:

Mon-Fri / 10-6pm CET

20 Holiday days (plus MK bank holidays)

Flexible working (home and/or Skopje office available)

We are looking for:

Bright, enthusiastic, hardworking individuals with a keen interest in recruitment

Knowledge and understanding in sourcing exceptional candidates using multiple different platforms and tools

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written in English

Ability to work to tight deadlines

Mature, positive outlook, curious and keen to learn our businesses and different industry sectors

A language skill would be an advantage but not essential
