Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Engagement Delivery Lead who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Delivery Lead with SAP Utilities experience to oversee and manage our delivery management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital communication service delivery project stakeholder management and SAP PMO project financials. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and contributing to the company’s overall success.
Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years’ professional experience, w approximately 10 years’ experience with SAP S/4 delivery and solutioning in Utilities industry.
Experience leading SAP portfolio in ISU space
SAP Portfolio & Project mgmt (PPM), Delivery Management, Project Financials and Project scheduling. Experience in SAP S4/HANA and ISU.
Knowledge of, and experience in, SAP ISU presales process; proven sales results, development of appropriate technical sales artifacts, experience developing business cases
Experience developing industry specific IP
Articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience giving executive presentations and strong teamwork philosophy/approach.
Demonstrated ability to lead large team and guiding a team toward successful outcomes.
Have experience working with CxO level – building relationships, ability to manage escalations and build trust and confidence with clients
Agile mindset, willing & open to create/try new processes, adaptable with change; likes fast-paced environment and navigates easily with highly matrixed organization.
Open, transparent, self-starter with high professional values and ethics.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
