Payzer, a WEX Company, creates software solutions to help contractors simplify their business and make life easier.
Our software product, Payzerware, is an end-to-end Field Service Management platform that helps contractors run their business, grow sales, and simplify back-office operations. Payzerware provides comprehensive business management including schedule / dispatch, invoicing, sales proposals / invoices, and maintenance agreements. It also enables a full range of payment and financing solutions, which further help contractors decrease outstandings, generate more revenue per job, and save time.
As a Senior Mobile Application Engineer, you’ll join a dynamic team responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining our hybrid mobile applications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative features that enhance the user experience. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile applications.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop new mobile features and enhancements using industry best practices
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to create a seamless user experience
Ensure the quality and reliability of our mobile applications
Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile technologies and trends
Mentor and guide junior engineers

Experience You’ll Bring
6+ years of experience in mobile application development (required)
Hybrid mobile application development experience using Cordova or Ionic (required)
Angular.JS or Vue.js experience (preferred)
Capacitor plugin development experience (preferred)
AWS experience (preferred)
Strong understanding of mobile software development best practices
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Proven ability to lead and mentor junior engineers
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX’s total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Pay Range: $117.000,00 – $155.000,00
