Description:
As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you’ll join a global e-commerce platform to assist customers via email and live chat. Your daily tasks include resolving order tracking issues, processing returns, and answering product-related questions. No prior experience is required—comprehensive paid training (10–15 hours) will teach you essential tools like Zendesk, Slack, and CRM systems.

Work 5 days a week (Mon–Fri) or choose weekend shifts (Sat–Sun, 20hrs total).
The role includes a 30-minute online assessment testing typing speed (50+ WPM) and problem-solving skills (e.g., drafting responses to mock customer complaints).
