Job Description: As an Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst, supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office, you will be trusted to review and analyze data to provide accurate forecasts of overall program performance to F-35 leadership.
Responsibilities:
Providing independent analysis, assessment and risk identification of F-35 prime contractors and Government projects.
Utilizing data such as Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMR), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Reporting (IPMDAR), Contract Funds Status Reports (CFSR), IPT, and F-35 prime contractor input to assess project performance, evaluate trends, and to make projections.
Assisting with detailed discussions with F-35 prime contractor to gain further insight into performance and to validate project data.
Performing contract level EVM review and analysis of F-35 prime contractor provided data including the IPMR, IPMDAR, and IMS.
Supporting, facilitating, and participating in the establishment, verification and validation of cost and schedule baselines for all F-35 Program contracts including but not limited to Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and other required reviews.
Conducting EVM analysis to verify and validate F-35 prime contractor(s)’ monthly submittals. Analyzing data anomalies, Estimates at Completion (EAC), and other required activities.
Providing EVM inputs analysis to various programmatic reporting processes and management exercises to Government personnel. Performing, preparing, and presenting EVM metrics and reporting to program leadership as required.
Participating and supporting Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and Design Reviews using EVM methods, tools and information to integrate cost, schedule and technical performance data.
Attending daily, weekly, and monthly staff meetings within the program as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University
Four (4) years Earned Value Management (EVM) experience with DoD programs or other industry equivalent
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; primarily Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
Understanding of cost risk modeling and Monte Carlo simulations
Prior experience conducts and leading Integrated baseline Reviews (IBRs)
SECRET Clearance is required
Mastery of EVM tools such as Empower, wInsight, or equivalent toolset
Preferred:
Demonstrated experience presenting to Flag Officers and Senior Civilians is highly desired
