The Opportunity:
The Analyst II, Technical Implementation will work with Implementation Lead on projects to document existing client operational processes and gather requirements needed to set product configurations for business rules, workflows, and patient messages. This individual must demonstrate the customer service soft skills required to help execute on implementation work and have a strong attention to detail when completing deliverables and focus on consistently providing customers with the best experience.
Job Functions:
Assist with project management tasks and implementation deliverables of solutions.
Communicate relevant project updates on weekly internal and client meetings.
Document project accomplishments, next steps, risks, and issues for client and internal teams.
Create detailed agendas for client meetings that cover important steps for the success of the project.
Build and maintain knowledge of solutions, processes & procedures, and the healthcare domain.
Problem solve with Implementation Lead and Implementation Manager to meet client needs during implementations.
Update and improve technology implementation methodology as a whole, and contribute to organizational objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on a successful project outcome.
Use project management tools to update internal and client-facing project plans.
Requirements:
1-3 year of relative professional experience with HL7 interface/integration
Bachelor Degree, or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency with MS SQL reporting
