This role is only open to applicants in the U.S. and Canada and will be managed by a team in Canada.

An SEO Specialist who likes to learn continuously and progress in a stimulating and constantly evolving environment.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct inbound SEO within a broader inbound strategy context.

Develop content proposals and research keyword opportunities.

Make content recommendations and write editorial briefs

Participate in strategy development and optimize important SEO factors

Develop strategies for (netlinking, white-hat)

Optimize clients’ Google Business Profiles

Optimize websites for local search (local SEO)

Propose ideas to improve the natural search ranking of websites

Be able to make recommendations and conduct SEO audits (technical, on-site, and off-site).

Implement recommended SEO strategies

A Typical Day for You Would Include:

Communicating with account managers and/or clients.

Collaborating with Globalia’s internal teams.

Creating, planning, assigning tasks, and managing SEO project follow-ups.

Using various organizational tools such as TeamWork, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Moz, Semrush.

What You’ll Need:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO

Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written is a plus but not required

Awareness of the latest SEO trends

Ability to synthesize information

Teamwork and cooperation

Autonomy and rigor

Ability to convey information effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Looker Studio

Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager

Expertise in SEM-SMM-CRO

Knowledge of e-commerce

Product feed optimization

Experience with data layers

Content writing experience

Data structure experience

Knowledge of Inbound Marketing
