Job Description:
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Counselor! This role is in remote / work from home. Client is seeking candidates who resides within PST or MT time zones. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.
Type: Five-month contract, opportunity for extension or fulltime offer
Schedule: Monday 芒聙聯 Friday, 8am to 5pm
Pay: $38.00 to $40.00 an hour
Responsibilities of the Counselor:
脗路 The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, helping them to overcome personal challenges and improve their mental health and well-being.
脗路 This role requires a strong commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all clients.
脗路 Work collaboratively with Clinical Director to design, modify, and deliver all aspects of clinical therapy.
脗路 Performs quality counseling services.
脗路 Review and sign off on all clinical notes as when service is completed.
脗路 Provide direct client services.
脗路 Engages overall direction, focus, vision, and mission.
脗路 Conducts strategic and long-range planning for the agency.
脗路 Ensures that the agency’s services are performed in an ethical, high-quality manner, resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications for the Counselor:
脗路 Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
脗路 Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed
脗路 Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent, or associate level under supervision.
脗路 Preferred: two years of experience in a behavioral health or social service agency.
脗路 Thorough knowledge of the ADHS regulations, all requirements of professional clinical
services.
脗路 A valid driver’s license and documentation of appropriate automobile insurance.
脗路 Current or willing to apply for DPS fingerprint cards if working with individuals under the age of 18 years old.
