The Proposal Writer is responsible for developing comprehensive proposals in response to customer requests. This role demands a high level of attention to detail and intermediate Microsoft Word skills.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong research and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Some of the exciting work you will encounter:

Interpret customer needs and requirements to devise response strategies, define tasks through internal workplans, and create response templates.

Produce high-quality, content-rich proposals by leveraging resources from Business Development, Sales, Recruiting, and Technical teams, as well as external consultants.

Ensure adherence to all customer deadlines, resolving issues promptly, and responding to team requests

Assist in managing internal and external information requests from proposal stage to contract finalization.

Provide business-style editing for professional and technical resumes, project descriptions, and company overviews.
