Role

We are looking for an Executive Business Partner to perform a broad range of administrative tasks and support a portion of our company’s Senior Leadership Team. You will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, own complex scheduling and calendar management, and coordinating travel arrangements. You are extremely detail-oriented, have exceptional time management skills and take initiative with little guidance.

Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners

 

Be organized, structured, and detailed-oriented. You are an expert at managing complex projects, balancing priorities, and sticking to tight timelines while nailing all the details

 

Manage leaders’ calendars and set up meetings

 

Ensure the executive’s calendar has clear context and is an impactful use of their time. Provide opportunities for executives to stay on top of tasks and timelines.

 

Coordinate and manage team events and offsites

 

Make travel & accommodation arrangements

 

Manage and submit expense reports

 

Create, update and finalize internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports

 

Be a sounding board for the climate within all levels of the org(s) that you support and understand when and how to work with cross-functional partners accordingly

 

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

7+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

 

Excellent Google Suit and Slack knowledge

 

Adaptable and flexible. You are an expert at navigating change and ambiguity. You thrive in dynamic, fast paced and remote work environments

 

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

 

Works collaboratively with peers

 

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

 

Discretion and confidentiality

 

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once

 

Demonstrates executive presence

Compensation

For US-based applicants: $150,000/year to $165,000/year + benefits + equity

The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below) or equity.
