We are looking to hire a Product Manager (media/creative)immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Marketing – the Product Manager, Global Marketing will help manage media and creative campaign planning and execution for McCormick and Club House brands as part of the Masterbrand Pod. The Product Manager will collaborate with internal partners and external agencies and utilize insights to develop integrated media strategies across the consumer flywheel. This person will serve as a media and content subject matter expert and will work with agencies to enable the optimal channel and creative mix. This job will be hybrid with 50% of the time based in our Hunt Valley, MD office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Led Media
Establish close working relationships with Brand Pod and Integrated Agency Teams to develop compelling and integrated brand campaigns
Work cross functionally to build and align briefs for creative and media planning
Develop communication strategies across brands and campaigns, inclusive of communication objectives, target audience, key messages, and channels
Utilize best practice learnings to share actionable creative feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
Integrated Planning
Support end-to-end media planning including brief, strategy, planning, and execution for several large and complex North American campaigns
Lead strategic and tactical coordination to execute media plans with internal and external agency teams
Partner with marketing operations teams to ensure campaign budgets are accurately tracked and measured
Deliver recommendations and presentations to business partners, agency teams, and senior leadership
Implement marketing strategies to drive business goals and amplify brand identity
Participate in the Creative Asset Planning process, ensuring creative partners are aware of all deadlines and necessary assets needed to successfully execute campaigns
Insights into Action
Work closely with both the Analytics and Consumer Market Insights team to turn data and research into action
Collaborate with Consumer Market Insights and external partners to initiate and execute creative testing
Macro Insights:
Maintain currency with digital marketing trends including emerging platforms.
Cultivate subject matter expertise on media and creative landscape
Global Capabilities
Consult with Global counterparts and identify opportunities for best practice sharing
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
BA in Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field
3-5 years of relevant experience in quantitative insights, preferably at an agency or in a CPG related field
Strong understanding of digital media, biddable analytics, CPG industry, and competitive landscape
Knowledge of media ecosystem and platforms (Google Suite, Meta, DSPs)
Experience leading projects and cross functional teams, including proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively and diplomatically
Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to navigate complex / new situations
Ability to work cooperatively with internal and external partners – including outside media agencies, creative, delivery teams, business analytics team, and GACOE
Strong presentation skills
Ability to act proactively and self-start
Strong oral and written communication skills
Technical expertise including excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (Power Point, Excel, Word)
Strong working knowledge of ad platforms
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in quantitative field or MBA
Working knowledge of Google suite
CPG or Agency background
Advanced experience leading multiple projects effectively and diplomatically.
Ability to translate quantitative data into actionable insights through storytelling
