As Team Lead Content (all genders) your mission is to lead a team of content editors and managers to develop compelling, high-quality content that drives engagement, masters self-service and supports business goals by content conversion. You will manage the content pipeline, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource allocation whilst aiming for efficiency. With your expertise in content creation and strategy, you will mentor your team, oversee content production, and provide strategic insights to enhance overall content effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
What you’ll do
Create and implement content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs
Produce high-quality, engaging content across various formats and digital touch points
Create frameworks for content audits and competitive analyses to identify gaps and opportunities for content improvement and innovation
Develop a capable, diverse and cohesive team through situational leadership to maximize collective skills and talents
Build a vision for the team and get the team excited and motivated about our company/teams’ strategy
Be a guiding figure for the team, lead them through facilitation, discussion and decision making while guiding them towards self-organization
What you’ll need
Approximately 5+ years’ experience working in a leadership role within Content Management
A creative mindset to generate fresh ideas and innovative approaches to content development
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, demonstrating flexibility in managing evolving projects and demands
Fluent business English and German skills. Other languages a plus
What you’ll bring
Strong analytical skills to assess content performance through metrics and data
Fantastic stakeholder management with the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
Solid organizational skills to manage multiple projects and ensure seamless coordination among team members
