We are seeking an experienced Marketing Supervisor/Lead to join our dynamic team on a contract-to-hire basis. Pay Rate: $40/hr – $45/hr, based on experience

100% In-Office

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

Lead and manage advertising and marketing campaigns, focusing on digital marketing initiatives.

Organize and coordinate participation in trade shows, including major events like McCormick Place and Donald E. Stevenson convention center.

Negotiate with venue providers and other stakeholders to ensure optimal event execution.

Collaborate with the business development team to support marketing efforts on LinkedIn and other platforms.

Ensure seamless transition and knowledge transfer by training with the current supervisor.

Oversee the preparation and distribution of demo materials and handouts for trade shows.

Maintain regular communication with remote team members and colleagues.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

 

Proven experience in advertising, marketing, and trade show coordination.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, particularly LinkedIn.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
