TecAlliance do Brasil is looking for our next Customer technical support to provide assistance and solutions to customers regarding issues or queries they might have about products or services.
Job Localization: Saã José dos Campos Brazil
Key responsibilities:
Manage, coordinate, respond to, and document technical and general inquiries from clients about our solutions.
Keep records of technical issues and their solutions.
Stay informed about relevant updates and changes within the company.
Provide feedback and insights into product development processes.
Conduct technical training on our various solutions.
Skills and requierements
Experience using helpdesk software and remote support tools.
Basic knowledge of operating systems, web services, and messaging formats.
Basic knowledge of programming languages.
Familiarity with APIs and testing and documentation platforms such as Postman, Swagger, etc.
Mechanical Engineer or Technician (may be completing the course)
Information Technology Engineer or Technician
Languages
English: Intermediate
Spanish: Desirable
Portuguese: Advanced Native
