Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites to meet our clients’ specific needs. You should be proficient in front-end and back-end technologies, have a keen eye for design, and have a passion for creating high-quality websites that deliver an exceptional user experience.

Website Development:

Develop and maintain WordPress-based websites, themes, and plugins.

Customize and implement WordPress themes to match the design requirements of various projects.

Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for performance across different devices and browsers.

Front-End Development:

Create visually appealing and user-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Integrate design elements, such as graphics, animations, and multimedia content.

Ensure a consistent and attractive user interface.

Back-End Development:

Set up and configure WordPress installations, databases, and server environments.

Implement and customize functionality through PHP coding.

Debug and resolve any technical issues related to WordPress or server configurations.

Content Management:

Manage and organize content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.

Ensure content is presented in an engaging and accessible manner.

Security and Performance Optimization:

Implement security best practices to protect websites from potential threats.

Optimize website performance, including page load times and overall speed.

SEO and Analytics:

Implement SEO best practices to improve website search engine rankings.

Set up and configure analytics tools to track website performance and user behavior.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to meet project goals.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular project updates.

Documentation:

Maintain documentation for WordPress configurations, custom code, and any specific project details.

Stay Updated:

Stay current with industry trends, WordPress updates, and new technologies to continually improve your skills.

Plugin Development and Integration:

Develop custom WordPress plugins or customize existing ones to extend website functionality.

Integrate third-party APIs and services into websites as required.

Requirements

Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role.

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.

Familiarity with web design principles and UI/UX best practices.

Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.

Knowledge of security best practices and website performance optimization.

Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

A portfolio showcasing previous WordPress projects is a plus.
