About the role

We are looking for an experienced, talented and passionate Snr Global Influencer Manager to join our Global Talent team, to supercharge our skincare and complexion strategy, drive KPIs and manage our influencer campaigns and relationships

As a Senior Global Influencer Manager, you will

Identify new plus grow existing skincare advocacy; building a strategy that identifies the right mix of community/skin influence to drive awareness, brand love and conversion. Focus on delivering KPI’s and increasing VIT

Develop and manage end-to-end influencer skincare and complexion campaigns, including framing the campaign strategy, curating talent, negotiating rates, managing contract development, influencer relations and reporting

Provide post-campaign reporting and analysis to inform future campaigns: ensuring regions are providing local data reporting to feed into global perspective.

Build a squad of global Influencers who will create content on an on-going basis and act as ambassadors for our brand, working collaboratively with regional teams to achieve this.

Maintain a holistic overview of all influencers activities, supporting local teams with guidance and focus on driving VIT results, connecting markets who will benefit from other market Influencer activations, plus initiate and develop relationships with influencers in new regions to spread wider skincare advocacy and credibility.

Responsibly represent the brand and manage relationships with all Influencer partners, talent managers, media and contacts at social networks

Manage the Skincare and Complexion global Influencer budget to drive tactical global activations

Capture and track organic Influencer content and build a bank of assets for our Social Media team to use across all platforms

Support Affiliate Team with recruitment to our social commerce program, Magic Beauty Stars, working closely with the Regions

Partner with Organic Social team when influencers required for campaigns: support with selection and contract negotiation

Champion recommendation of key Influencer talent we want involved in our brand campaign photoshoots who will drive VIT

Be an expert in social listening tools (Traackr, Dash Hudson, etc.) and provide organised reporting and impactful recaps and presentations

Be a strategic thought partner and leader in the Digital Brand Team.

About you

Extensive experience across Influencer Marketing within beauty (skincare experience would be ideal), fashion or entertainment

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Innovative thinker and creatively driven

Self-motivated, action-oriented and ambitious with a positive “can-do” attitude

A keen interest in all things skincare + beauty/fashion and an avid follower of relevant news, trends

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
