Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Operations Lead & Associate Residency Coordinator serves as the program coordinator for an educational program(s) or initiative(s). Partners with faculty in the operational and financial management of the program(s) and/or initiative(s) to ensure an optimal training environment for learners.

Responsible for a wide range of programmatic activities including but not limited to: designing, conducting, promoting, evaluating and supporting an education program(s) in compliance with organizational objectives and requirements. Supports learners in areas such as curriculum, teaching and learning activities, scheduling, core competencies, assessment and evaluations. Coordinates all activities associated with ongoing administration of the education program(s) and/or initiative(s).

Duties include but are not limited to: leading operations of the Med Ed office and liaison for any personnel or HR needs of trainees; responsibility for compliance with any rules/regulations governing training experiences within the Department of Pediatrics; and management of various educational experiences for the residents.

Salary Range: $68800.00 – $141000.00 Annually

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in related or equivalent experience/training

2-3 years experience coordinating an educational program(s) in an academic medical center

Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and web based applications
